VERC Honolulu [Vet Emergency Referral Center]

With the right healthcare experience and a reputation to deliver, Allied Builders was preselected as a building partner for Ethos Veterinary Health, a national veterinary healthcare provider.  This new 12,300sf veterinary medicine facility is located in a repurposed warehouse along busy N. Nimitz Hwy.  The open truss ceiling was key to the design, creating a calming reception lobby for patients.  With a large footprint, Ethos was able to increase its patient capacity and offer an extensive list of services and treatments.  This project required our team's expertise with warehouse renovations, new MEP infrastructure and upgrades, and medical gas systems, a distinctive healthcare component.  Slab replacement for MRI and CAT machines and structural reinforcement for ceiling-supported devices were carefully planned and executed to minimize disruption to adjacent tenants.
