Starbucks UH at Gateway House

Allied Builders transformed an area of the University of Hawaii Gateway Cafeteria into a new Starbucks.  This project involved selective demolition and extensive renovations, constructing new walls, ceilings, and flooring, along with necessary mechanical and electrical upgrades tailored to support the coffee shop's operations.  We also coordinated the installation of owner-supplied items and equipment, ensuring proper integration.  This transformation created a vibrant coffee shop that enhances the cafeteria's offerings and serves the university community, providing a welcoming space for students and staff.
