Starbucks UH at Campus Center

Allied Builders completed the interior renovation of the Starbucks at the UH Campus Center, upgrading the café and bar area while also performing supporting work below in the UH Bookstore and the mechanical room. Working in a busy campus environment, the team coordinated closely with the client and campus operations to manage access, maintain safety, and minimize disruption to bookstore activities and daily foot traffic.

Prior to mobilization, required hazardous materials testing was completed after bookstore hours and timed to align with spring break to limit impacts. Allied Builders also worked with the architect to finalize constructability details for the new storefront window and adjacent feature element, supporting a clean installation and smooth closeout.
