Dave & Buster's Ala Moana

The 45,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement project at Ala Moana Shopping Center involved the complete demolition of the former Shirokiya space, including the removal of existing rooftop HVAC units. The interior build-out for Dave & Buster’s included the installation of new DOAS rooftop units and a new storefront system. The project featured extensive millwork and required precise structural detailing, especially for the installation of acrylic light blocks panels around the bar. Our team successfully met the grand opening milestone through extensive collaboration and coordination with multiple subcontractor trades and the gaming vendor.  Patrons of Dave & Buster’s can now enjoy the newly opened location.
