Hawaii Baptist Academy

Allied Builders System served as design assist contractor for the Phase 1 Expansion of Hawaiʻi Baptist Academy’s campus, delivering a new Learning Commons and makai side drop off and pick up improvements for safer traffic flow. Built on an active campus, the team maintained strict safety and coordination, updating logistics in OAC meetings to work around school events and key milestone dates. Curved cast in place concrete walls and curved glass curtainwalls required accurate layout and extensive quality control. Allied Builders developed a 3D model to coordinate embeds, formwork, and curved openings before concrete placement, and validated elevations for grading and drainage. Teamwork, trust, and transparency kept stakeholders aligned and the owner confident. Allied Builders returns in the summer of 2026 to build the covered play court.
