Project Description

Phased renovation and extensive upgrades to the roof deck over the hotel’s famed centerpiece, the 280,000gal saltwater Oceanarium, created a one-of-a-kind challenge.  The team prevailed over structural complexities and tricky site logistics to meet our client’s expectations for safety, work quality and most importantly, schedule.  Custom architectural details showcase the precision and skill of our in-house finish carpenters.  The 2,700sf interior lounge and 4,800sf lanai create a relaxing environment for the guests of Alohilani Resort Waikiki.  No marine life was harmed by our team’s construction activities.
