Park Shore Waikiki

All 216 guestrooms, corridors, lobby and tenant space frontages of this18-story hotel were renovated with a modern look. The bathrooms were redone and reconfigured to optimize the space, and existing utilities were brought up to the current codes. This project had an aggressive schedule and many logistical challenges, including minimal space for receiving and storage of materials as well as removal of construction debris. The hotel remained operational during the entire renovation. Despite the challenges, ABS was able to meet the project timeframe and the hotel’s expectations in safety, quality, and costs.
