Chun Wah Kam – Pensacola

The Chun Wah Kam Noodle Factory project consisted of two parts. The first was the demolition and removal of an existing structure to allow for the enlargement of the parking area. The second was the renovation of the remaining building, which was formally a veterinary clinic. Some of the key features of the restaurant include a walk-in refer/freezer, eight gas woks, food warmers, two package HVAC systems, a large dining counter and a banquette dining area with booth seating. Preconstruction value engineering reduced the cost of the air conditioning system to meet the owner's budget constraints. Our foresight, preplanning, proactive problem solving approach and teamwork enabled us to complete the project above and beyond the owner’s satisfaction and on schedule.
